Augustine's No. 22

Augustins no. 22 is a large hair bow that carries a nostalgic feel with its soft shape and fine structure.

Bow ribbon dimensions, before tying: approx. 70 cm in length x 6 cm in height. Knitting tension: 20 mx 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stocking stitch on 4 mm circular needles.

Needle: 2 pcs, 4 mm circular needle (60 cm).

Yarn: The bow tie is knitted with 2 strands.

1st thread: Merino, Knitting for Olive (230 m per 50g).

2nd thread: Soft silk mohair, Knitting for Olive (225 m per 25g)

Yarn quantity:

1st thread: 25g.

2nd thread: 12.5g.

Other accessories: 1 thin hair tie.

Work: The bow tie is knitted in the round in stocking stitch, while decreasing on each round to shape the ends of the bow tie. Finally, the top and bottom of the bow tie are cast off using the 'decrease with 3 rows' method.
