Work: The blouse is knitted in the round from the top down in stockinette stitch with a high, folded neckline. Now start the yoke, which is shaped longer at the back using the German Short Rows technique. To give the blouse its draping effect, double increases are worked on the yoke, then straight down in stockinette stitch and finally an i-cord edge is worked at the bottom of the blouse. Now work the sleeves and shape their puffed effect along the way using increases and decreases – the sleeves are also finished with an i-cord edge (as on the body). Finally, insert a rib in two places at each sleeve to make them puffed.
