SALLY SWEATER - PAPER
Sally Sweater is a simple basic sweater with wide stripes and an elegant shoulder construction.
The sweater is knitted from the top down. First the neck and shoulder pieces are knitted back and forth, then the yoke and body are knitted in the round. The sleeves are also knitted in the round and both the body and sleeves are finished with a rib edge. Finally, sts are picked up to form a double rib neck edge.
As an alternative to 1 strand Heavy Merino and 1 strand Soft Silk Mohair, the sweater can be knitted in 2 strands Merino and 1 strand Soft Silk Mohair or in 4 strands Soft Silk Mohair.
