Construction
The sweater is knitted from the top down, so it's easy to adjust the length. The neckline is double and knitted together. Then knit the round yoke with pattern and increases (both parts are shown in the diagram). Then knit raglan increases before knitting the body and sleeves separately.
Size selection
The Dahlia Sweater is intended to have a range of motion of approximately 10-15 cm depending on how loose you want it to be. It is shown here with a range of motion (positive ease) of 15 cm.
Find your personal chest measurement by measuring around your chest (or the largest measurement of your upper body). Then look at the measurements first in the pattern (this is the finished measurements of the sweater). Positive ease is the difference between your personal measurement and the sweater's measurements. For example, if your chest measurement is 94 cm, a size M will give you a range of motion of 11 cm.
(105 cm – 94 cm = 11 cm).
The length is measured at the center back, not including the neckline.
