The jacket is knitted top down in Tynn Peer Gynt.

First, cast on stitches for the left front piece, sleeves, back piece, right front piece and cut-off stitches mid front. Then work in the round according to the diagram, while increasing for raglan and v-neck. Divide the piece into sleeves, front and back pieces. Work the front and back pieces in the round according to the diagram. Cast off the cut-off stitches before working the rib back and forth. Work the sleeves in the round according to the diagram before finishing with rib. Finally, sew tight machine seams on each side of the cut-off stitches and cut between the seams. Finally, work the front edge in double stitch and at the same time fasten it to the jacket.
