The dress is knitted top down with 1 strand TYNN PEER GYNT and 1 strand TYNN SILK MOHAIR.

About the product

Cast on stitches for the back piece, which is worked back and forth with reverse stitches and increases to form slanted shoulders. Continue working in stockinette stitch back and forth, and increase stitches for armholes. Then cast on stitches for the front pieces, which are worked back and forth in stockinette stitch, and increase stitches for the neckline.

The front pieces are knitted together to form one front piece and knitted down to under the sleeves, before the front piece is knitted together with the back piece. The front and back pieces are knitted in the round in stocking stitch while increasing evenly downwards on each side, before finishing with a rib.

Knit up stitches for the sleeves, which are worked with circular needles to form the sleeve top, then continue knitting in the round with increases before finishing with a rib.

Finally, the neckline is knitted in rib and folded double towards the wrong side.

Wash the dress and lay it flat according to the stated measurements to get the correct fit.

Recommended needles: Needle no. 2½, Needle no. 3½
