Rigmor's cape - Paper
Rigmors Kyse is knitted back and forth from the forehead piece and backwards. The back of the head is knitted on double pointed needles with decreases. Next, a ribbed edge is knitted along the neck, and finally a cord is knitted on the kyse. The kyse is knitted with a lace pattern, but can also be knitted in stocking stitch, if you want a simpler look.
Sizes: Premature (0-3 months) 6-12 months (1-2 years) 2-3 years
Knitting tension: 23 stitches in lace pattern = 10 cm
Recommended needle: Needle 3 mm, double pointed needle 3 mm
Materials: 50 g yarn for all sizes
Yarn suggestions: Duo from Sandnes Garn (50 g = 124 m), Merinocotton from Hjertegarn (50 g = 120 m)
