Melange Sweater Man - Paper
Melange Sweater Man is knitted from the top down. First, the upper part of the back piece is knitted back and forth, where the shoulder slope is formed with shortened needles/reversible needles. At the bottom of the back piece, increases are knitted. Then the shoulders are knitted separately back and forth on circular needle. These are gathered at the front to form the front piece. The front and back piece are gathered to form the body, which is knitted in the round on circular needle. The sleeves are knitted from open sts along the sleeve opening and knitted in the round on circular needle and double pointed needles or with Magic Loop technique. The rib edge of the neck is knitted from open sts in the neck opening, and it is double-cast and knitted down.
Melange Sweater is knitted in two strands of thin wool yarn in contrasting colors to achieve a melange effect.

Size guide
Melange Sweater You should have a positive ease of movement of approx. 10-15 cm in relation to your bust measurement. The sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL correspond to a bust measurement, measured on your own body, of 86-91 (91-96) 96-101 (101-107) 107-113 (113-119) 119-124 (124-132) 132-144 cm. The measurements of the finished sweater are stated on the front of the pattern. Measure yourself before you start knitting to assess which size will fit you best. For example, if you measure 103 cm around the bust (or the widest part of your upper body), you should knit size L. A sweater in size L has an upper width of 118 cm and in the aforementioned example will provide a range of movement (positive ease) of 15 cm.
