Stockholm hat - Paper

The Stockholm beanie is a thick and warm beanie inspired by the fashion scene in Stockholm. The Stockholm beanie is knitted in two strands of merino wool and one strand of silk mohair, from the bottom up in rib. To achieve a nice, tight rib in use, the size of the beanie is adjusted with an internal elastic. This also ensures a good and secure fit. The beanie is worn so that it has a peak on the head.

Measurements: Fits head circumference 54 – 60 cm

Knitting tension: 28 stitches x 27 rows in rib (k1, p1) on 4 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm

Recommended needles: Circular needle 4 mm (40 cm), double pointed needles 4 mm

Materials: 100 g Sunday from Sandnes Garn (50 g = 235 m) or Arwetta from Filcolana (50 g = 210 m) together with 25 g Tynn Silk Mohair from Sandnes Garn (25 g = 212 m) or Tilia from Filcolana (25 g = 210), thin elastic thread
