This recipe is in Norwegian.

Esther Sweater Baby is knitted from the top down in textured knit. First, the back piece is knitted back and forth. Then, stitches are picked up for the shoulders, which are gathered at the front to the front piece. The front and back piece are gathered under the armhole to form the body, which is knitted straight down. The sleeves are knitted in the round on double pointed needles or with the Magic Loop technique. The neckline is knitted with a ribbed edge that is folded and knitted down.

Knit a test piece before you start, to measure the knitting tension – please note that the knitting tension in both height and width must be correct to achieve the measurements stated on the front. You can knit a test piece according to the diagram in the pattern.
