Anchor's Sweater - Paper
Anker's Sweater is knitted from the top down. The yoke consists of segments of rib followed by classic raglan increases. The sleeves are finally knitted on double pointed needles or with the Magic Loop technique. Anker's Sweater is assembly-free.
Size guide
Ankers Trøje should have a range of movement (positive ease) of approx. 10-15 cm in relation to the bust measurement. The sizes 0-3 months (3-6 months) 6-9 months (9-12 months) 1-2 years (2-3 years) 3-4 years (4-5 years) 5-6 years (6-7 years) 7-8 years (8-9 years) 9-10 years (10-12 years) correspond to a bust measurement of approx. 42 (45) 47 (49) 53 (54) 56 (57) 59 (62) 64 (68) 72 (77) cm. The measurements of the finished sweater are stated on the front of the pattern (note that these measurements only apply if the knitting tension is adhered to). If the recipient e.g. measures 56 cm around the bust, you should knit size 3-4 years. A sweater in size 3-4 years has a width of 70 cm and in the above example will give a range of movement (positive ease) of 14 cm. If the measured bust measurement deviates from the age guide, you should be aware of adapting the lengths to the person you are knitting for. The same applies if the child is shorter/taller than average.
