Caramel Sweater is knitted from the top down with raglan increases on the yoke. Caramel Sweater has a long polo neck in double rib, and the neckline is shaped using shortened/reversible needles in the transition between polo neck and yoke. Double rib is also knitted on the sleeves and bottom of the body. These rib edges will initially contract, but they will open up when washed/steamed/blocked. Caramel Sweater is assembly-free.

Size guide

Caramel Sweater should have a positive ease of movement of 5-10 cm in relation to your chest measurement. The sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL correspond to a chest measurement, measured on your own body, of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 cm. The measurements of the finished sweater are stated on the front of the pattern (note that these measurements only apply if the knitting tension is observed). Measure yourself before you start knitting, to consider which size will fit you best. For example, if you measure 90 cm around the chest (or the widest part of your upper body), you should knit size S. A sweater in size S has an upper width of 99 cm and in the above example will give a positive ease of movement of 9 cm.
