Copenhagen Cardigan - Paper
This recipe is in Norwegian.
Copenhagen Cardigan is worked top down with raglan increases, back and forth on circular needles. The neck is formed using shortened needles (reversible needles). The cardigan is worked in stocking stitch, while the front edges are worked in rib to form buttonholes. Inside pockets are worked on the body, and these are finally worked out from open stitches on the front of the cardigan. The sleeves are worked in the round in stocking stitch on double pointed needles or with the Magic Loop technique.
Size guide
Copenhagen Cardigan should have a positive ease of approx. 6 cm. The sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL correspond to a bust measurement of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm. The measurements of the finished cardigan are stated on the front of the pattern. Measure yourself before you start knitting to assess which size will fit you best. If you, for example, measure 90 cm around the bust (or the widest part of your upper body), you should knit size S. A cardigan in size S has a bust measurement of 95 cm and in the above example will give a positive ease of 5 cm.
