Dagmar's Blouse - Paper

Dagmar's Blouse is knitted from the top down with raglan increases on the yoke. The collar is finally knitted by picking up stitches along the neck opening. The blouse has fine jagged edges (double eyelet edge). The edges and collar can be lightly pressed with an iron at low heat.
