Friday Sweater Baby - Paper
Friday Sweater Baby is knitted top down in seed rib with raglan increases. The neckline is knitted in rib and worked down. The sleeves and body are finished with a rib edge.
Knit a swatch before you start. Remember to wash the swatch before measuring the tension – pearl rib grows in the wash.
Size guide
Friday Sweater baby should have a positive ease of approx. 10-13 cm in relation to the child's chest measurement. The measurements of the finished sweater are given on the front of the pattern. Measure your child before you start knitting to assess which size will fit best. For example, if you measure 44 cm around the chest, you should knit size 6-9 months. A sweater in size 6-9 months has an upper width of 56 cm and in the above example will give a positive ease of 12 cm.
