The bodysuit is knitted from the bottom up with a pattern on the front and stockinette stitch on the back. To create leg openings, the front and back pieces are knitted back and forth separately before being joined and the body is knitted in the round. Stitches are picked up for leg edges and knitted at the end. Italian cast-on and bind-off are used to avoid tightness, as well as to give a nice result. In the back, you can choose between making buttonholes or loops for the buttons.
