The Olden top is a simple summer top, knitted in double yarn on thick needles. The top is knitted from the bottom up; first in the round on circular needles before you cut off the front and back pieces at the armholes and knit these pieces separately. The Olden top has a V-neckline both at the back and front, with a slightly deeper neckline in the back. It is short and straight in the model. A top in double yarn hangs nicely on the body and with the loose stitches it will feel airy and cool in the summer heat. The length of the straps can be adjusted to your own body before you weave the pieces together.

Red top is knitted in Rauma Pelini Smørbukk (315).

The light top on the front is knitted in Nordic summer yarn from Oslo Mikrospinneri in the color Sukkerbiten.

Size guide:

A summer top with straps will feel wider than the above measurements indicate. You can therefore choose a size that is about 0-5 cm smaller (negative ease) than your upper girth measurement. These are the garment measurements described above.
