Berry slipover is a loose and elastic vest in rib knit. It has a somewhat short fit, and therefore goes well with high-waisted trousers. Berry slipover is knitted from the top down, with a high neck and pretty shoulder detail that is made in raglan along the way. After the neck is finished, stitches are increased for the yoke on each round. There are no turning stitches in the neck, so the garment is the same front and back. Since the entire vest is knitted in rib, it can be easily shaped by steaming.

Pin size:

6 mm is used for the neck and bottom of the body. 7 mm is used for the yoke and body. Feel free to use a long circular needle, and use the magic loop technique on the neck and sleeves. 5 mm for the ribbing around the sleeves.

The garment in the pattern is knitted in Rauma Vams Camel (63) and Knitting for Olive Soft silk mohair Blød Nougat.

Choose a size that is about 10-15 cm wider (positive ease) than your bust measurement. The bust measurement is measured around the chest, just below the armhole. It is the garment's measurements that are described on the front.
