Airy Summer Top Light is a lighter version of the original Airy Summer Top, and is knitted with single yarn on thinner needles. It is a little short. The idea is that it can be worn on warm summer days over a dress to protect the shoulders, or with high skirts and trousers. It is knitted from the bottom up, has a slit in the side, and is a little longer in the back than in the front. Sts are picked up for very short sleeves, and for a ribbed edge around the neck. And, if you want it a little longer, just do that.
