Honey Clutch - Paper

The Honey Clutch is knitted in one piece from the bottom up. First, the bottom is knitted in double stitch. Then, stitches are picked up along all sides of the bottom, and the sides of the clutch are knitted in Honey Comb Brioche. The top of the clutch is knitted by first knitting the two end loops in double stitch, and then knitting the two bars that are on each side of the zipper. Then, the zipper is sewn in place with a needle and thread, and finally, the lining is sewn (by machine or by hand) and assembled into the clutch. The pattern also includes instructions for sewing the lining.

Materials: Approx. 30 g Sunday from Sandnes Garn (50 g = 235 m) or approx. 36 g Pelsuld 8/2 from Hjelholts Uldspinderi (100 g = 400 m) or approx. 24 g Saga from Filcolana (50 g = 300 m) is knitted together with approx. 16 g Thin Silk Mohair from Sandnes Garn (25 g = 212 m) or approx. 16 g Soft Silk Mohair from Knitting for Olive (25 g = 212 m) or approx. 16 g Silk Mohair from Isager (25 g = 210 m).

Zipper 4 mm, 17 cm. Lining fabric, 25 x 36 cm.
