Sunday Balaclava Baby - Paper
The Sunday Balaclava Baby is knitted from the top down in double rib, and at the neck it turns into a round yoke with rib and increases. First, a square is knitted to match the top of the head. Then, stitches are picked up on each side of this square, and there are decreases at the face opening. The balaclava is then knitted straight down before finally picking up sts, corresponding to under the chin, to be knitted in the round in rib with increases. Reverse rows are knitted to raise the neck. Finally, a rib edge is knitted at the face opening.
