Chunky Slipover - Paper
DESCRIPTION
Chunky slipover is a thick and oversized vest in patent knit, knitted in double thread on thick needles. It provides comfortable warmth over the back and stomach, without feeling bulky, whether it's worn as an outerwear on a lovely spring day or under a bubble jacket on the coldest winter days.
The vest is knitted back and forth first on the back piece from the bottom up, before decreasing stitches at the neck. Then the V-neck is formed while the front piece is knitted from the top down. The slit in the side is attached when you start the rib around the sleeve openings. The rib is stretchy and moves when worn. The ribbed edges help to keep the shape in place, and give the garment a nice finish.
Color:
The vest in the pattern is knitted in Hip Wool color Blue Waves.
Size guide:
It is recommended to choose a size that is approximately 25-30 cm wider (positive ease) than your girth measurement. The girth measurement is measured around the chest, just below the armhole.
