444 Liva Sweater - paper pattern
Purchasing patterns from Rauma also requires the purchase of at least 4 skeins of yarn from Rauma Garn.
Liva sweater is a stockinette stitch boxy model with European shoulder. It is knitted from the top down. First, cast on sts for the neck, and work back and forth with shoulder increases on each side. The back piece is then knitted under the sleeves. Then, knit up sts for the front pieces along each shoulder. First, decrease towards the neck and then increase for the neckline before knitting the two front pieces together to form one front piece. The front piece is then knitted under the sleeve. The front and back piece are knitted together and the body is knitted in the round in stockinette stitch and finished with rib. Knit up sts around the armholes for the sleeves. The sleeve is first knitted back and forth with reverse needles to shape the sleeve top. Then, knit in the round in stockinette stitch with decreases midway down, and finish with rib. Finally, knit up sts around the neck to the neckline. The neckline is knitted in rib and finished with a stockinette stitch rolled edge.
