Novemberknits - Rue Sweater - Paper
Rue Sweater is a raglan sweater with a high neck and straight sleeves that is knitted from the top down. The neck is knitted in reverse rows to give a good fit around the neck, and the raglan pattern from the yoke continues on the underside of the sleeves. The sleeves are finished with a split and rib that is knitted back and forth.
Sizes 1 (2) 3 (4) 5 (6) 7 (8) correspond to an upper width of approx. 85 (90) 95 (100) 110 (120) 130 (140) cm. The measurements given on the front of the pattern are for the finished garment, and the sweater should have a positive ease of movement of approx. 20 cm.
NOTE: The yarn alternatives in the pattern are yarns with a lot of stretch. In the test knitting process of the sweater, the knitting tension was experienced as very individual. It is therefore highly recommended to knit a sample piece to find the needle size that gives the right knitting tension.
