The jacket is knitted from top to bottom with 1 strand of PetiteKnit Double Sunday and 1 strand of Ballerina Chunky Mohair.

About the product

First, cast on stitches for the neck, then increase on each side to form a European shoulder. The back piece is knitted down to under the sleeves. Then, cast on stitches on each shoulder for the right and left front pieces. The front pieces are knitted down

to under the sleeves with increases for a v-neck. Gradually knit the diagram on the front pieces. The front pieces are knitted together with the back piece before finishing with a rib. Knit stitches around each armhole for sleeves, before finally knitting stitches along both front pieces and the neck for the front edge. Make holes along both front edges for ties.

If buttons are desired instead of ties, only holes are made along one front edge.

KNITTING GAUGE: 17 stitches x 24 rows stocking stitch with 1 thread of each quality on needle size 4½ = 10 x 10 cm

Recommended needles: Needle no. 4½

Knitting tension: 17 stitches = 10 cm
