Nora Neck - Paper

Nora Neck is worked from the top down. First, the top part of the back piece is worked with increases, and then it is worked straight down. The back piece is finished with fringe in i-cord. Then the shoulders and front piece are worked from the open stitches at the top of the back piece. The front piece is finished in the same way with fringe in i-cord. Finally, the rib edge of the neck is worked from the open stitches in the neck opening.

Sizes : 8-12 years (S/M) L/XL

Length : 26 (30) 33 cm (without polo collar and fringe)

Shoulder width : 39 (48) 51 cm

Knitting tension : 17 stitches x 26 rows in stocking stitch on 4.5 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm

Recommended needles : Circular needle 4.5 mm (60 cm), circular needle 4 mm (40 cm)

Materials : 150 (200) 200 g Isager Soft from Isager Yarn (50 g = 125 m) or Kos from Sandnes Yarn (50 g = 150 m) or 150-200 (200) 250 g Snowflake from CaMaRose (50 g = 110 m) or Poppy from Sandnes Yarn (50 g = 110 m) knit together with 50 (50) 75 g Silk Mohair from Isager Yarn (25 g = 212 m) or Thin Silk Mohair from Sandnes Garn (25 g = 212 m)
