Moby Slipover Baby - Paper

Moby Slipover Baby is knitted top down with textured and cable knit. First the back piece is knitted, then stitches are picked up to the shoulders, which are gathered at the front to form the front piece. The front and back pieces are gathered under the armhole to form the body, which is knitted straight down. Finally, rib edges are knitted at the neck and sleeve openings.

Knit a swatch to check what needle size you need to use to achieve the correct gauge - note that it may vary from yarn to yarn. Be careful when washing the swatch, as textured knits can shrink in the wash.

Sizes: 0-1 (1-3) 3-6 (6-9) 9-12 months.

Knitting tension: 29 stitches x 40 rows in textured knit on 3 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm after washing and blocking

Recommended needles: Circular needle 3 mm (40 and 60 cm), double pointed needles 2.5 mm, cable needle
