Marble Sweater Junior - Paper

The Marble Sweater Junior is knitted top down with raglan increases on the yoke. The neckline is knitted down and short rows (reversible rows) are worked at the neck to create the neckline.

Size guide

Marble Sweater Junior should have a positive ease of approx. 20-25 cm in relation to the bust measurement. Sizes 2-3 (3-4) 4-5 (5-6) 6-7 (7-8) 8-9 (9-10) 10-11 (11-13) years correspond to a bust measurement of approx. 54 (56) 57 (59) 62 (64) 68 (72) 75 (80) cm. The measurements of the finished sweater are stated on the front of the pattern (note that these measurements only apply if the knitting tension is adhered to). For example, if you/the recipient measures 59 cm around the bust, you should knit size 5-6 years. A sweater in size 5-6 years has an upper width of 84 cm and in the above example will give a positive ease of 25 cm. If the measured bust size deviates from the age guide, you should be aware of adjusting the lengths to the person you are knitting for. The same applies if the child is shorter/taller than average.
