Vienna Set - Paper

The Vienna Set consists of long, stockinette-knit mittens and a stockinette-knit scarf. Both mittens and scarf have rolled edges. The mittens are knitted from the wrist and up towards the fingers. They are knitted on double pointed needles or on a long circular needle with the Magic Loop technique. The scarf is knitted in the round on a circular needle, so that it appears stockinette-knit on both sides.

Scarf: 18 x 170 cm

Knitting tension: 25 stitches x 35 rows in stocking stitch on 3.5 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm

Recommended needle size: Mittens: Double pointed needles 3.5 mm, or circular needle 3.5 mm (80 cm) if you knit with Magic Loop technique

Scarf: Circular needle 3.5 mm (40 cm)

Materials: Cashmere from Mondial (25 g = 115 m) or Cashmere Classic from Cardiff Cashmere (25 g = 112 m) or Cashmere 6/28 from Pascuali (25 g = 112 m) or Cashmere Premium from Lang Yarns (25 g = 115 m)

The mittens will require approx. 34 (36) g.

The scarf requires approximately 175 g.
