Range of motion: This blouse is designed to have a wide range of motion from the top of the yoke down. The range of motion is approx. 30-40 cm depending on your chest width. When choosing a size, use your own chest width as a starting point and let this determine which size you knit.

Gauge: 16 mx 22 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stocking stitch on 6 mm circular needles.

Needle: Circular needle size 5.5 + 6 mm (40 / 60 / 80 cm).

Yarn: The blouse is knitted with 3 strands.

1st thread: Merino, G-wool (210 m per 50g).

2nd + 3rd thread: Soft Silk Mohair, Knitting For Olive (225 m per 25g).

Work: The blouse is worked in the round from top to bottom in stockinette stitch. The yoke is worked in twisted rib and shaped longer at the front and back using the German Short Rows technique, followed by a lace patterned frill with a finishing picot edge. Then, stitches are picked up for the further yoke and double increases are worked to give the blouse its draping effect. From here, the blouse is worked straight down in stockinette stitch with an i-cord edge as a finish. Finally, the sleeves are worked straight down in stockinette stitch, and each sleeve is finished with a row of laces for ties and the same lace patterned frill as on the yoke.
