Le Knit - Pearl Sweater - Paper
Sweater with pearl knit is knitted in Kos and Tynn Silk Mohair.
The basic sweater doesn't have to be in stockinette stitch! I think pearl stitch is one of the most beautiful structural patterns and it's really easy to knit. Pearl sweaters are mostly knitted in the round, and because of the different number of stitches, there are no changes in the pattern at the start of the round. You simply knit every other stitch knit and purl the whole time. Pearl sweaters have a European shoulder, which gives beautiful lines that continue from the shoulder and down along the armhole.
