The sweater is knitted top down in a rib and stripe pattern in Sunday.

First, cast on stitches for the back piece, which is knitted down to under the sleeves. Then, knit stitches on each shoulder on the left and right side of the front piece. Cast on stitches towards the neck before knitting each front piece together to form one front piece. Knit the front piece down to under the sleeves, before knitting it together with the back piece. Knit the front and back piece in the round to the full length and cast off in rib. Cast on stitches around each armhole for the sleeves. Knit the sleeves in the round before casting off in rib. Finally, knit the neckline in rib and fold double towards the wrong side.
