Contrast sweater - Paper
The contrast sweater is knitted from the top down in one piece. The rib at the neck is folded and sewn to the back at the end – this is the only assembly the sweater requires, apart from securing loose threads. Shortened rows (reversible rows) are knitted to form the neckline. The yoke is knitted in three stages using three different increasing techniques. The sleeves are knitted in the round on double pointed needles or with the magic loop technique. The contrast sweater has a colour change 2/3 of the way down the sweater.
